Job Description
As an Operations Executive, you will be supporting our team’s internal growth in the areas of marketing, account management and project management. You will have lead responsibilities in project management and proposal generation for both hardware and software products. You will also be supporting our team in marketing activities including event management, seminar coordination and other marketing support.
You will be closely working with a team of experienced engineers, product designers and market experts.
You will be reporting to a Co-founder of the company.
Based on the profile and interests of the candidate, s/he may also be invited to contribute to:
Strategy implementation - build processes that meet our business objectives and maximise the efficiency of all business procedures
New product development – market research, product testing, liaising with university researchers, designers and engineers
Community engagement – events and content management
Requirements
Outstanding organisational skills
Willing to learn and have passion in healthcare section
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
0 – 2 years of working experience
Experience in medical/ healthcare/ NGO/ social enterprise will be a plus
