Job Description
Assist in implementation of communications and marketing plan - focus mainly on digital marketing.
Assist in managing social media channels to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
Assist with website copywriting, proofing and updating as needed.
Perform market analysis and research on competition.
Make insightful contributions to develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.
Prepare promotional presentations.
Any other tasks based on the profile and interests of the candidate.
Requirements
Local university students in the STEM disciplines, with digital marketing-related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques, and can utilise emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
